Thin fire-resistant glass using vacuum glass

At BAU 2023, AGC Pyrobel focused on very slim fire-resistant glass structures with high light transmission and optimised thermal insulation. This is now possible thanks to the combination of Pyrobel with Fineo vacuum glass. Another topic was fire-resistant glass in XXL formats (Pyrobel-T) as well as delicate glass partitions without disturbing mullions.

20 metre long bird protection glass

With the innovative sedak printing grid, a proportion of less than two per cent of the glass surface is already sufficient to largely exclude bird impact, according to sedak. This ensures maximum transparency and optimum bird protection for almost any glass, up to a size of 3.60 × 20 m. The high effectiveness is confirmed by the "Collision Laboratories" institute in Austria.
