Guardian launches a new reduced-iron glass in North America

Guardian CrystalClear glass surpasses standard float glass in clarity and colour neutrality, while also being more affordable than traditional low-iron glass options. Guardian CrystalClear is well-suited for various applications across building structures, including education, healthcare, office, residential and retail environments.

What are the key features of Guardian CrystalClear?

·      67 per cent greater colour neutrality compared to standard clear glass, allowing architects to realize their design visions more accurately.

·      90 per cent visible light transmission, enabling luminous exteriors and captivating views.

Alan Kinder, Director of Commercial Segment & Technical Services for Guardian Glass North America, emphasizes the significance of Guardian CrystalClear in offering a superior alternative to standard clear glass. He highlights its potential to elevate the visual impact of projects that may have otherwise settled for less clarity. Guardian Glass is proud to present this accessible upgrade that enhances both appearance and user experience.

Compatible with SunGuard coatings

Guardian CrystalClear complements Guardian Glass's existing range of substrates, including Guardian UltraClear low-iron glass and tinted glass options. It provides architects with increased design flexibility and control.
