A particular highlight at the Lattuada stand is the limited special edition TLR 12 C PC, which combines four key areas of innovation: automatic predictive maintenance, full IoT integration, advanced automation software, and precise energy consumption monitoring. The machine is equipped with the A-WR system and the i-AL package, so that the operator only has to specify the glass thickness – all other settings are made fully automatically.
The TLR 12 C PC forms the heart of a Lattuada-Knittel robot line that works with a Kuka robot on a seventh axis. This system achieves a production output of up to 130 m² per hour and requires only one operator.
Clever new touchscreen

Lattuada
At Vitrum 2025, Lattuada will also be presenting a new touchscreen control panel that aims to set new standards with a significantly larger display, an optimized intuitive user interface, and full Industry 4.0 integration.
Integration includes IoT connectivity, predictive maintenance, energy consumption monitoring, and remote diagnosis and support functions. The enlarged screen provides a clear, detailed display of all machine functions and facilitates daily operation with optimized touch control and customizable views.
Intelligent automation
Lattuada places particular emphasis on intelligent automation. All grinding machines can be equipped with the A-WR system, a fully automatic adjustment system for diamond and other grinding wheels with a precision of 0.01 mm, without the use of test glasses.
In addition, the i-AL package offers intelligent control that automatically adjusts all processing parameters to the selected glass thickness, with complete configuration options for specific quality and production targets. These functions significantly reduce setup times, reduce operator intervention, and ensure consistently high processing quality.
