Vacuum lifting equipment for production and the construction site

"In our experience at Barbaric, glass lifting processes in production require light, stable constructions with little dead weight as well as flexible load beams in order to be equipped for all applications when transporting glass," says Stefan Barbaric. And this is exactly what the lifting devices (usually two- or four-circuit vacuum systems) of the Austrian supplier are designed for. They form a functional unit consisting of a lifting device and vacuum load detection.

In addition, the devices offer a high degree of operating comfort as well as fulfilling very strict safety standards, some of which exceed requirements. Also, the Barbaric safetyKit as an extension make the devices more versatile.

The product range furthermore includes construction site equipment and vacuum lifters for mobile deployment. All devices are individually designed for the customer and specially adapted to the respective requirements.

Barbaric devices for the construction site

The lifting device specialist offers compact devices in lightweight construction with turning and tilting options for use on construction sites. These are designed for loads from 100 kg to 250 kg. According to the manufacturer, the battery power is sufficient for about 300 suction operations, and the sealing lip is replaceable.

Barbaric's construction site programme includes the CSL Type Z universal vacuum, which was specifically developed for the installation of various materials with only one lifting device. The lifter offers a high degree of safety and flexibility for a wide variety of surfaces during installation.

Different suction plates can be attached to the base of the universal suction cup. Thus, in addition to glass panes, façade elements, windows, metal sheets and actually trapezoidal sheets can be safely handled with the same lifting device, as Barbaric emphasises.
