Wiegand Green Energy has recently put in operation the new photovoltaic system on their roofs in Großbreitenbach. With the integration into the existing electricity infrastructure, the large-scale project was successfully completed - realised in close cooperation with the in-house electrical workshop, the energy project team and external PV partners.
Almost 3.8 gigawatt hours of green electricity had already been generated. By using renewable energy, the company group is not only strengthening their security of supply and competitiveness, but also making an important contribution to reducing production-related CO2 emissions.
