Merritt Gaunt began his career at Guardian in 2013 as Managing Director of Corporate Development and, over the following years, held a series of leadership roles in operations.

Most recently, Merritt Gaunt served as Executive Vice President at Guardian Industries, where he oversaw business development and supply chain strategies. Prior to joining Guardian, he gained ten years of experience in finance, marketing, and business development with other Koch Group companies.
