Since 1 January 2026, Stefan Frye has been Managing Director of EPPA Deutschland e.V. In this role, he also supports the European association EPPA in Brussels. He has already been leading the RAL Gütegemeinschaft Kunststoff-Fensterprofilsysteme e.V. (GKFP, www.gkfp.de) since 1 November 2025 and has since been deeply involved in the activities of both organisations.
With expertise in logistics, e-commerce, automation, packaging, IT and the circular economy, Frye brings extensive experience in developing sustainable business models. His aim is to drive the strategic development of EPPA Deutschland while strengthening the long-term competitiveness of the profile industry. Creating synergies between the organisations and intensifying cooperation across the sector are key objectives.
Focus on Sustainability and Strategic Development

In his previous professional roles, Frye was responsible for developing new business areas, creating new product strategies and optimising operational processes. He placed particular emphasis on establishing and managing collaborations with partners from industry, trade, technology and politics.

EPPA Deutschland e.V. was established in 2023 from the Qualitätsverband Kunststofferzeugnisse (QKE e.V., www.qke-bonn.de), founded in 1963. The association has long been committed to quality assurance for plastic products – particularly through the RAL-Gütesicherung. This commitment has been a key factor in the success of the Kunststofffenster and remains a central focus of the association.
