Highest turnover in the history of Lamilux as a company

The Lamilux Heinrich Strunz Group looks back on a successful and at the same time challenging year: despite political, macroeconomic and social challenges, the German family business was able to generate a solid result in 2022 and increase turnover by 17 per cent to 392 million euros compared to the previous year.

The subsidiaries roda Licht- und Lufttechnik and Mirotec Glas- und Metallbau also contributed significantly to the total turnover.

Communication as the secret to success

Lamilux also recorded an increase in the number of employees: over 1,300 employees, including 96 trainees, are responsible for the success of the family-owned company. Lamilux thus achieved the highest turnover and the largest workforce since its foundation in 1909. Further milestones for Lamilux in the past year were a number of awards as well as product launches.

One reason for the success is the high degree of transparency and the cooperation at eye level with the customers. Managing Director Alexander Strunz emphasised that Lamilux's information policy aims to inform customers transparently and promptly about current developments and their impact on the company.

Continuous rooflights, glass roofs or dome skylights

The Lamilux Heinrich Strunz Group is one of the leading manufacturers of daylight systems in Europe. The skylights ensure efficient use of natural daylight in a wide variety of buildings. In addition, special smoke and heat extraction systems provide safety in the event of fire and are therefore essential components of fire protection concepts.

New products launched in 2022

Lamilux Daylight Systems presented a revolutionary development in the field of skylights: the Lamilux F100 W dome skylight. The new dome shell with its wave shape ensures better load transfer and more rigidity without using more material.
