Remmers:

Evolving the Ceetec wood coating equipment at Remmers‘ competence centre

The new painting machine for wood components has recently been unveiled at the wood surfaces competence centre as part of the wood protection segment and enables a variety of new possible applications. Due to the amount of responses by the Remmers technical service and cooperating partners the previous model, which has been in use since 2020, has successfully been further developed. Amongst other things the substructure has been optimized to provide better handling of the containers as well as better positioning of rolls and pumps. The machinery also received new labelling and scaling to ease operation.

Painting machine suitable for many wood components

Just like with the previous machinery the new model allows to test Remmers products on-site. The painting machine is suitable for profiled wood, solid wood boards and various other wooden components. It stands out by short cleaning and setup times as well as economical material consumption without overspray. Thanks to the Ceetec system it is possible for larger workshops and wood processing businesses to test production sequences under real-life conditions at the wood surfaces competence centre in Löningen.
