Baros Vision used to source the glass for its laminated and LSG glass panes from third-party suppliers. However, repeated quality issues prompted Managing Director Dzhamal Aliman to rethink the company's strategy. The aim was to take glass processing in-house. After an thorough search, including extensive testing and discussions, he was convinced by the quality and advice offered by Lisec.
Customized technology for maximum quality
In addition to existing Lisec cutting equipment, a specially configured Pluslam S2040 COMPACT laminated glass line has now been installed.

The line – a first on the Bulgarian market – was individually tailored to the requirements of Baros Vision and offers a high degree of efficiency and automation with components such as FCC (Foil Cross Cut), FTC (Foil Trim Cut) and FSS (Foil Shuttle). This allows LSG interlayers to be cut and processed with precision while reducing waste and personnel requirements.
Special attention was paid to the split-drive system, which improves material flow and allows parapet glass up to 2000 mm to be produced very efficiently. If required, glass up to 4000 mm in length can also be processed.
Focus on sustainability
Baros Vision also wanted to set standards in terms of sustainability. Already today, 80% of the energy used comes from solar sources. When purchasing raw glass, the company ensures that it has also been produced using green energy. The goal is to achieve a significant reduction in CO₂ emissions by 2050.
With the establishment of its own laminated glass production facility, Baros Vision is now more independent, faster and able to offer even higher quality solutions for the international market – a step that will strengthen the company's market position in the long term.
