Guardian Glass has announced that the cooldown happening at the moment is part of the current merger of the two Luxemburg-based plants into one legal entity. It is expected that both the cool down and the merger will have been completed during July – or in August at the latest.
Guardian foresees no disruption to its customers in terms of its ability to supply high-quality float and fabricated glass products.
