Insulating glass production: Forel's trade fair presentation will focus on a patented technology for thermoplastic spacers that allows processing of thicknesses of over 20 mm. The process ensures uniform, dimensionally stable application and consistent product quality.

Forel will also be showcasing a new generation of vertical grinding machines that offer improved performance and greater process stability to speed up cycle times and make edge processing more efficient.
Automatic sorting system
A new sorting system for finished insulating glass units will also be presented, which takes over all logistical processes after production. It unloads, transports, and organizes finished elements fully automatically. The intelligent control system reduces transport times, simplifies internal logistics and minimizes the risk of glass breakage. Forel has also expanded its production capacity by 9,000 square metres.
Forel now also has a new branch for Northern Europe based in Mönchengladbach. From there, customers will be supported, which will improve service, technical support and spare parts supply in Northern Europe and the DACH region.
