For Ponzio Polska, the integration into the Laumann Group is a great opportunity to open up new markets, customer groups and sales channels. According to the company's management, both domestic and foreign business partners will benefit from the move. Managing Director and shareholder Janusz Bobrowski, who built up the company, has decided to set a substantial course for the future after 29 years. "I want Ponzio Polska to be in good hands," says Bobrowski. "For this, I have been looking for a strategic partner who is rooted in the construction industry and has a long-term orientation."

The Laumann Group, a family-owned group of companies headquartered in Sendenhorst, Westphalia, is a leading provider of construction-related product solutions and IT services. The Laumann Group's solution expertise covers various industry applications from PVC profiles for windows and doors (such as Veka and Gealan), to panel and façade solutions, surface technology and IT consulting. For the Laumann Group, the takeover means entering the aluminium segment. Ponzio Polska will be positioned as an independent division within the Laumann Group. "Ponzio Polska is a wholesome company with leading product solutions, excellent positioning and a clear vision for the future. We will integrate Ponzio according to the principle of 'as much as necessary and as little as possible' in order to preserve the company's culture while leveraging the group's synergies," explains Andreas Hartleif, CEO of the Laumann Group. "We are very pleased that the current management of Ponzio Polska will continue to shape the future of the company. We see many common points of contact to further develop the existing markets - and furthermore to open up new ones."

The Italian Ponzio S.r.l. is not part of the acquisition.
