OMV Vismara recently doubled its production capacity. In addition, it has an in-house design office, which enables the company to respond to market demands and innovations, and a showroom, opened in 2010, where customers can test the various machine models and processing methods.
One highlight is the company’s the Tailor-Made concept, which enables it to meet the needs of each individual customer and develop as well as then manufacture customised machines.
Full production lines from a single source

Thanks to its collaboration and partnership with other companies in the industry, OMV Vismara is able to offer both machines for drilling and milling as well as complete machines and production lines.
This includes a wide range of equipment for loading, unloading and handling in automatic production lines (both vertical and horizontal). And it also involves barcode readers and washing lines, so that the customer only needs to deal with a single point of contact.
Furthermore, on the side of complete machines and production lines, OMV Vismara can cater to specific requirements of individual customers or offer lines for special machining operations.
Two departments for customer care
The relationship with the customer is handled by two dedicated departments:
• OMV Service deals with the installation and commissioning of machines and systems, including the relevant training of technicians, as well as overhauls, upgrades and maintenance, and remote diagnostics.
• OMV Parts guarantees customers the supply of original OMV Vismara spare parts with subsequent worldwide shipping.
