According to the NSG Group, the personnel change is intended to support the continued alignment of Pilkington Germany's organisation and the further development of its business activities in the German and international glass market.

Tobias Breil has been with the company since 2000. Since January 2024, he has been Managing Director Architectural Upstream Mainland & Nordic Europe, responsible for the float and semi-finished products business at the German locations. Prior to this, he held the position of Commercial Director for more than ten years and has extensive experience in the glass industry as well as detailed knowledge of the German and European markets.
