Orgadata Becomes Forterro: Complete Rebrand Following Acquisition

Orgadata is now a thing of the past. The developer of Logikal, based in Leer, will now operate solely under the name Forterro, making its affiliation with the European software group visible externally as well. The rebranding affects the entire product portfolio, from Logikal and Logikal MES to Unilink and SimplyTag.

“The new brand identity is a clear signal: We are no longer just a single company, but part of a unified organization with shared resources and a clear vision,” says Bernd Hillbrands, founder of Orgadata and head of the business unit within Forterro.

Synergies with International Strength

For customers, the rebrand promises accelerated investment in cloud technologies, expanded support structures, and new solutions. This strategic realignment aligns with Forterro’s goal of comprehensively supporting small and medium-sized enterprises in the manufacturing and skilled trades sectors with software.

With the acquisition of Orgadata AG and the previously acquired BM Group from the UK and Ireland, Forterro has significantly strengthened its market position in the windows, doors, and façade industry. Under the shared umbrella, developments are to be advanced more rapidly, synergies leveraged, and customers in various markets served more effectively.

All Customer Relationships Remain Intact

Despite the complete brand change, Forterro emphasizes that all existing customer relationships and support structures will remain unchanged. The new brand stands for stability and reliability, as well as a commitment to supporting companies in the further development of their digital processes.

Forterro employs around 2,500 people across more than 40 locations and supports over 25,000 industrial companies with industry-specific software solutions. The products are tailored specifically to the requirements of each region and sector.
